I am from Oklahoma, and wanted to ask a question.  I know that selling in the forums is a no-no and I am not selling.  I do have a question though.  I was wondering about dated AR mags.  IIRC, NY and NJ 30 rd mags need date stamps to make possession legal, is that correct?  I have 5 mags that are stamped 91,91, and the other 3 are in original packaging dated 83.  I want the mags to go to people/ person that can use them.  Is there  someplace that they can be listed, I know that if I list them on the EE my add will show up on our HTF.  Is there and add place for the NY/NJ HTF where the mags can be listed?

Thanks

The mag limit in NJ is 15 rounds. There is no grandfather clause here.

If you haven't already sold them from the barrage of PM's you get, you can put them in the AR magazine section of the EE with a disclaimer you'll sell only to people in ban states (or just NY).  In NY, magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds must have been made before September 13, 1994.  AFAIK there has been no legal case to decide if dates are required and some people don't want to take the chance and buy dated mags only.
