Is it all good to have a stripped AR-15/AR-10 lower shipped into NJ (shipped to FFL of course) or am I going to have a hard time having this done?

Yes it's just fine. To piggyback w/ LUGERMAN as long as it goes through an FFL why would it be issue. I have bought 2 over the last 3 years for projects from 2 different places. No problems.

agree w these guys... its ok provided its not named on ban list.

Talk w the ffl before you ask them to accept shipment -- that way you will avoid any possible problems...i.e., a fudd

The exception being the idiot who had my lower and is waiting to call the NJSP to see if it is okay. I'll be visiting him tomorrow armed with information.
