I dont see it being possible since a post ban break is pinned/welded on. You would need to dremel off the front site since it cant just slid off due to the break being in the way.

You would have to remove the pinned muzzle brake (they usually get trashed when removed) and then remove the front sight tower in order to install a Larue forend.  A better bet on a barrel with a permanently attached muzzle device would be the Daniel Defense Omega  or Midwest Industries Free Float Carbine rail

With the Omega you don't even have to remove the delta ring with the MI you have to remove the delta ring.  My NY legal Bushmaster carbine with permanently attached Izzy Brake sports an Omega rail.  I am very pleased with it.

OORRRRRRR.... you could shave the front site tower, and create a lowpro gas block, and buy a flipup front site for the rail.

You can do it from the "other" end of the barrel, remove the barrel extension slip on the rail/hand guard, reset the barrel extension. I had this done on an AR10 to install a floating hand guard.

I like removing the front site. i was going to chuck it in a lathe and cut the supressor down to the width of the barrel

I do not think so as you have to remove both to install the Larue barrel nut.

but i believe that you only have to remove them because it won't fit over a standard a-frame frontsite. the barrel nut is wide enough to go over the brake, and a lowpro gasblock. so my method is G2G

I don't believe the barrel nut will fit over the gas block even shaved.
