i'm trying to find the info threads concerning pre-ban mfg rifles, parts, etc. in nj.

can someone point me there?

or there is no information because it doesn't make a difference here?

I'm sure a NJ guy will confirm that "pre ban" doesn't mean anything in NJ. You have a different type of ban on so called "Assault Weapons"... I think you can have a ban compliant rifle as long it would have been legal to possess under the old Federal ban.

no such thing as "pre ban" in NJ. It has to be AWB compliant no matter when it was made.
