| I'm back up in NJ visiting family and friends for Thanksgiving. I haven't been back in about 5 years. I'm glad to be here, and glad to see a lot of familiar sites on my drive up from Florida. I can tell you, I already miss my AR's, which are sadly all illegal here, and miss being able to use my carry permit.I'll probably hit the old range I used to go to in Paterson with a couple friends while I'm here. As different as things are here, I still really like the place. I'll be sad to head back home at the end of the week. |
Where are you staying? I'll be hitting an indoor randge in northern NJ on Friday. Mike |
Very sad to inform you that Paterson has no more gun ranges. The one that use to be located in Market Street (Rod and Gun club) has been closed for a few months now and I heard thru the grapevine that the one in Downtown Paterson (Main Street) wasn't able to keep up with the insurance cost and has closed or not giving access to it's range. The nearest range to Paterson is Bullet Hole in Bellville, NJ. Welcome to NJ! Cain1 |
I used to go to both places. Rod and Gun was much nicer, but the one on Main St with the range down in the basement was cool too. I had a few classes there. Sad to know they are both closed down...
