To All, The PRSC Summer League match #3 will be held on Sunday June 4, 2006. Squadding begins at 07:00. If you need the loan of a rifle, you must call Bruce Kraft at (917) 306-9768. If you use our club rifles, you must purchase ammo from us. We will have competitors to assist (coach) you with the match. I will not be there due to a previous commitment. I hope that you will come out and join us. If you wish to join the league, there is a one time fee of $10.00 for the year. You scores will go to the NRA and you will get a highpower classification. For those not on Long Island: There is also a match at camp smith, 20 rounds standing, 2 strings of 10 rounds rapid sitting and 2 strings of rapid prone at 300yds. Its a short match, starts at 8 usually done by 11 or 12a. There will be coaching available here also. |

You can shoot "service rifle" or "match rifle" What is a service rifle? => Click Here What is a Match rifle? pretty much any rifle with iron sights <= .30caliber. There are other rules but these local match you wont be turned away becuase your rifle doesnt meet exact requirements. As long as it is safe, doesnt have a muzzle brake, and has Iron sights, and is capable of holding 5 rounds you will be fine. |
