I want to buy some ammo from the CMP, but Im not a member of a affiliated club, and then Ill have to do the qualification thing as well. Is it legal for someone else to order ammo from the CMP and then sell it to me? Ill gladly pay for the ammo and shipping and all that stuff?

You should be able to find a club to join for $25, and I'm pretty sure you don't need to qualify to buy ammo.

To buy ammo from the CMP all you need to do is be a member of a club.  You can join the Garand Collectors Association for $25.00 a year.  GCA
The qualification is only for the rifle purchase.

I believe that the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association also qualifies as an affiliated Club.  It is an organization all NY gun owners should belong to.

Yes they are (that's who I've used in the past for an affiliated club) VFW's and American Legions are also affiliated clubs.
There's nothing wrong with having "you friend order a case" and splitting it with you. After all, he's facilitating your marksmanship.

If you're in Northern NY, send an I.M.
