Hey guys I am looking for a H&K Armor in NJ to switch my Variant 2 USP 45 to Variant 1. I have called most of the local gun shops in the area and I have been told that I will need to send it out to H&K. I want to avoid sending it out so if any1 knows of any1 who can do this for me please let me know. Thank You BTW I am located in central NJ |
If I can't find any1 local then I wouldnt mind holding out as I really dont want to ship it to HK. Thanks alot |

Mark, Looking to switch from Variant 2 (left handed safety) to Variant 1(right handed safety)? Google is your friend! You need to buy the Variant 1 Control Lever ($53.50) from Cal's Sporting Armory here: www.calssportingarmory.com/HK%20Pistol%20Accessories.htm Or wherever you wish to get it from. And click here for detailed instructions on how to do it (in the detailed stripping): www.streetpro.com/usp/detail/index.html Obviously, review the instructions first before ordering anything. Also be aware that this violates all HK warrantees, expressed & implied, etc. Also that I have never done this personally, nor watched it, nor dreamt it. All I did was perform a search for you, but it looks very easy to me. Also, OPS is supposed to be a big source of HK parts, in Toms River, NJ. They list Control Lever Variant 1 p/n 214184 (no price of course) They also list an Ambi Lever kit p/n 217755 hkpartsonline I would bet that they have an HK armorer. |
