Being in NY, what are the rules regarding the AK-47s??
is it the same as the AR's in that you can get pre-bans if you want??
also, is a folding stock only legal on a pre-ban??

yes. pre 1994 for any thing with more than a detachable mag and one other "evil feature" so basically detachable mag and the pistol grip are all you can have
