I'm looking at a house on line there and it right across the street from the big pool (not the infamous party pool).
Any of you guys know how busy it gets there? Nice house, but the location is concerning. Thanks |

We will be inside with the AC on or in the backyard. For me it would be disrespectful parking and conflicts that may occur. |

ETA - Craig Ranch includes everything from basic "starter" homes to multimillion dollar houses on large lots overlooking the golf course. So obviously the higher end the particular subdivision is, the less parking issues and noise you're going to have. Same with Stonebridge. |

You might have better luck walking the neighborhood and finding someone who lives near the pool. They would be able to tell you of the traffic gets bad or any other issues. The only thing I know about Craig ranch cane from the pool video  My cousin has a friend that lives in C.R. near there. She is in contact with them and looking for an opinion on the pool/park area. I have stayed in the adjacent neighborhood of Stonebridge a few times with my cousin and like it. If something pops up in our range I will give it serious consideration. |
