My wife just took the LTC class and needs to apply for her license but we will be moving in about 3-4 weeks. If she does it now and updates her drivers license info when we move, will it automatically be sent to the new address?

Also, when I apply for a new DL will I automatically get a replacement LTC with the new address?

When we applied, I did not see a way to update address information till the license process was complete.
I would not trust anything to be automatic.

As for number 2, I would log on to the website and change my address as soon as I changed my drivers license.
Somehow I don't think the state government is efficient enough to pick it up automatically and send a new license.

Our LTC went to the mailing address we put on our applications, not to our home address that is on our drivers licenses.

You'll need to rely on a forwarding address with the post office. It'll get sent to the application location .

If by "it" you refer to the LTC the answer is no.

 No, you must request an address change request for the LTC;

click here and select returning users for address change

I think you should have your wife wait until you move.  You can avoid the address change fee.
