I applied online for my LTC in Jan 16 and havent heard anything back from them since. Everytime i try to call them the line hangs up after a recording says they are too busy and when i try to email them through their website the page will freeze up and not allow me to send the email.
Has anyone had problems with their application process before? |

Has anyone had problems with their application process before? Have you tried to track your application on line? It usually takes 4-6 weeks to complete. |

No i cant find anywhere to track the application, most of this has been done on my phone. If that is the tab where you sign in with your license number and dob, then it comes up with no links and just says to allow adequate time. |

There's been a BIG surge in applications. Wait times are pushing 60 days on average at the moment. Info's from LTC students, current class sizes, and the always excellent texaschlforum. If you want to talk to a human at regulatory services, they open for biz at 7:00 am. The data entry folks get in at 8:00. I'd be dialing at around 7 sharp. |

I was able to finally email them and they emailed back pretty quickly, it was basically the same log in screen saying to hurry up and wait. Finally got my wife an appointment to get fingerprinted, that was a real hassle.
You can only get fingerprints done at certain places with appointment only. I love south of Houston and it was trying to get me to travel over 100 miles for the appointment.

Did you send in final documentation for any non-disqualify arrests that might have happened? Just saying you paid a ticket that turned into an unexpected arrest won't cut it. |
