The Sabine finally dropped low enough to where I'm able to get on my lease. Iron's Bayou runs through the lease along with some creeks and into the Sabine at the edge of the property. It has been severely flooded here since December and it finally went down earlier this month. The woods look like a damn beach  Also took the boat out on the Sabine this past Saturday and everything is covered in white sand Along the river, there were several river camps with shacks and sheds along the bank that are now teeter-tottering on the edge. It's amazing how much erosion took place. Several camp sites with electrical boxes that were easily under 5 foot of water |
