I tried the search, but for some reason I can't search the "Hometown" section.

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone in the Austin area who can cut, re-crown and thread a Ruger American Rimfire barrel with a relatively short ( < 3 weeks) turn around time?

I've got a couple shops out of town on the back burner, but would really like to stay local to avoid shipping.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have no idea.  Try calling some LGSs and ask who they recommend.

Look up Hank Fleming. He's the only person I know of that can do those services in Austin.

Cedar Park, which is close to Austin. He does superb work, especially his barrels. Call him up.

I've used Mark before, and under 3 weeks shouldn't be a problem.
