| Does anyone know if The Chinese (or other Asian troops) is training in Ft. Bliss Texas? I ask because I went to lowes this morning and I saw 3 Chinese in military uniform. They were using their own urban cammo pattern uniform and different boots as well as their flag but I'm not sure if it was Chinese flag or other Asian country flag. |

It is the foreign troops that will supposedly be operating under UN authority that are going to be used to put all conservative Americans into FEMA "re-education" camps when the economy and government implodes and Obama declares martial law and himself Emperor for life.
Sad thing is it is scary how close to that being possible it really is. |

I don't think Chinese military would be here. Now maybe South Korean, Japanese or Taiwanese troops? |
| They were a little distance from me but looking at these flags ... It didn't look like the Chinese one. It had more than one color. The Thailand and Philippines Flag look similar. Looking from behind, their boots did not have laces going up the front like the ones we see here in the states. |

Funny you should say that . I have been to Asia and I can tell the difference. I apologize to anyone here of Asian descent that might have seen that stupid post. BS. So you tell me with straight face that you can tell the difference between Chinese, Japanese, Korean,....by just looking at them?!?! |

Yes and just because you can't doesn't make it BS. Beside the point yours was a stupid post. If my post is stupid, then yours is not intelligent either. Be able to tell a difference between either Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean,...Again, BS. ETA: BTW...I don't want to go off topic. So if you want to discuss further, take it to IM. |

I'm half Japanese and 3 feet taller than you. But you can grow a mustache and I can't. See? It's easy to tell us apart. mm To the OP - It was not uncommon at Ft. Eustis to see Japanese, Taiwanese, Thai and and many other officers and enlisted attending training classes. |

Im korean, and I can tell the other asian races apart easy, all depends on height, skin complexion, eyes and orientation, and the shape of their face, example chinese have round faces, japanese have more oval faces. Also Im not personally offended as Ive heard it all in the military, however im sure others that are not use to this are probably offended haha. |

Well...A lot of Japanese look at me and start speaking Japanese, and I'm not even Japanese. In summer, I shoot a lot outside with local Arfcommers, and people say I'm Filipino.

Sure, a lot of native Eskimos think im eskimo as well even though im korean, they do look very much alike, hell when i grow out my mustache and goatee I have many a time been mistaken as mexican by many a mexicans haha, but then again there is a huge popluation of chinese in mexico after they built the railroad in the US of A, and thats why there are a lot of mexicans that have small eyes like orientals, hence why I am mistaken as mexican alot when I grow out the face.

BTW, this rain will be making my grass grow. It's gonna need to be mowed soon. |
| Ft. Bliss always had troops from all over the world for training. Ze Germans have their Air Defense School there (GAFADS), and pilots for training as well. During the exercise JTX Roving Sands you'd see soldiers from all over the world, Japan, India, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark just to name a few. |

OK. Just for clarification, I'm Asian descent. I'm mistakenly IDed a lot of times from Japanese, Filipino, to Mexican and don't bother me.
My first post is usually the comment from people who jokingly (or sometimes seriously) say so, and it doesn't bother me a bit, but for some people it does. Texayid: You are an alright guy. |

To answer the original question without all the bullsheet. I've seen troops from damn near every country we even talk nice too here. I've seen Japanese, Israeli, Taiwanese, Korean, Greek, Dutch, Polish, Baharaini, Jordanian, Egyptian, Kuwaiti, Saudi, and Turkish troops and that was just at the Air Defense School when it was here. Can't forget the German's they have been a part of this community for over 50 years, and are sadly leaving soon. I've also seen some of the aforementioned nations and many more including a number from Asia and South America represented by students at the Sargent Majors Academy. |
