Google Penal Code 30.06, or read my stickie at the top of the Texas Home Town Forum to read signage requirements for 30.06.  To specifically answer your question, no. In fact, they don't have to be posted at ANY entrance.

Edit, your second URL take me to a page that requires a "login" to view.  ????

So I signed up for that site to see what they said.  The sign has issues therefore not legit but I have to argue with you, a sign has to be posted somewhere.  If you see the sign then you are notified but if you go through another entrance not knowing about the sign and get in trouble then you can fight it.  Maybe I am not understanding what you mean but unless it is a place that carry is prohibited a sign has to be posted.   Unless somebody with authority asks you to leave but then they would have to know you are concealing which means your not if they can see

What "issue" does the sign have that makes it not "legit"?

but I have to argue with you, a sign has to be posted somewhere.
I never wrote it didn't have to be posted, I simply wrote that it did not have to be at every entrance or ANY entrance.  The law requires it be posted in a manner conspicuously visible to the public.  That could be an entrance to a parking lot, a sign on the side of the building, etc.

If you see the sign then you are notified
The law does not require that you saw the sign.  Proving you saw the sign is not required for a conviction,

but if you go through another entrance not knowing about the sign and get in trouble then you can fight it.
One can fight any charge.  The elements of the offense do not require that you knew about the sign.
Maybe I am not understanding what you mean but unless it is a place that carry is prohibited a sign has to be posted.
No, verbal notice or written communication works as well.

You asked if the sign had to be posted at every entrance.  The answer to that is NO.  I reminded you that it didn't have to be posted at ANY entrance,  It could be posted INSIDE.  Once you were inside then you would have to leave with your handgun.

Again, read 30.06 and my breakdown.

Apparently it has been up for awhile, posted at one entrance.  From what I have been reading most outlet malls in this state are the same.  Grapevine and Katy are posted as well but there signs are out of date with old and non in proper wording so therefore not valid.  Kind of pisses me off.  My wife is a regional manager for a company that is in most outlets malls including all those I just spoke of.  Sometimes she has to be at these stores until 11:00pm or later.  A lot of these malls are not in the best of locations.  She has her CHL simpley for this reason.  Cinnimark in south Austin does not have a sign and that is why they get my business

Cinemark Tinseltown in PVille did not have 30.06 posted last time I was there.  The AMC at Barton Creek has an improper 30.06 (both english and spanish versions printed on a single 8.5x11" page which is about 1/4 the size required by law).

I don't know what it is with the outlet malls, but IKEA is owned by European socialists and primarily patronized by yuppie socialists here, so it isn't surprising they post 30.06.

Interesting.  I've been to those outlets many times and have never seen that sign.

Yep on both accounts.
