I like b and b lump but the size difference makes it hard to cook steaks and burgers evenly.

It does burn hot as hell though

I'll probably stop and get some on the way home. Kingsford briquettes has worked well when mixed with lump in my smoker on those long 12-16 hr smokes.

I got two packs this morning. They had pallets of them stacked throughout the store. Walmart has had them for $14 for a while now and I have bought a few of those. I think I have 7-8 full bags and a partial now.

I grill a lot during the summer.

I heard that Academy has their brand on sale for like $3-4 a bag as well. Now is the time to stock up if you have room.

I got 2 50lb. onion sacks full of lump charcoal from a guy at work for 12 bucks each.

Did I get a deal?
