I watched a LIBTERD video on a huffpost web site. It showed him in a El Paso gun show. He went to a seller told him that he thought he could not pass the back ground check. Then the seller went and sold him the guns any ways. I know FTF is ok but when they tell you they can't own a gun and you sell its breaking the law. Then when he was outside he was ask by Mexicans with Mexican plates if he wanted to sell them he said no. The point to the story is he said no laws where broken in Texas.
Now I'm no LEO or expert on Texas law. But I am sure 3 felonys took place. One you can't sell a gun to anyone if they tell you they won't pass a check. Buyer broke the law when he said that. Then when the seller sold it he broke the law because he was told I may not pass a check. Then when people that are not part of the US try to buy a gun I'm sure that is not legal. This guy made us Texans look like we have no laws and are selling to the Mexican drug cartels. Must think we all work for the ATF LOL. Just made me mad as hell I'm sick of the BS of the left media and they never get called out on it. The faces of all the people involved where cut out. Why is that if no laws where broken. I think Texas should go after this man for breaking are gun laws. Please let me know if I'm wrong on this will try and post the video. I found it last night looking for what may happen on gun control. Thanks Mark |

...One you can't sell a gun to anyone if they tell you they won't pass a check. Buyer broke the law when he said that... <----FFL Correct. Q: To whom may an unlicensed person transfer firearms under the GCA? A person may sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of his State, if he does not know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law. A person may loan or rent a firearm to a resident of any State for temporary use for lawful sporting purposes, if he does not know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law. A person may sell or transfer a firearm to a licensee in any State. However, a firearm other than a curio or relic may not be transferred interstate to a licensed collector. [18 U.S.C. 922(a)(3) and (5), 922(d), 27 CFR 478.29 and 478.30] .....Then when people that are not part of the US try to buy a gun I'm sure that is not legal...
Completely legal if buying from a licensed dealer and the buyer is in the US legally. This guy made us Texans look like we have no laws and are selling to the Mexican drug cartels. Must think we all work for the ATF LOL.
Texas has the same laws as any other state in regards to commerce in firearms.......Federal law. The video doesn't make me as upset as the seller who ignores the law.....idiots like that make all gun owners look bad. |
