Any of you guys tried out Boost Mobile?  Supposedly they use Sprint's network (I'm with Spring now and the network is fine for my needs) but you can get unlimited everything for two phones and save about $50/month.  Why?  Is it just because they don't subsidize the phones like the large carriers or is there a quality difference?

They use Sprint's "back bone" but they do not roam so if you are in a covered area you should be okay. I decided against them based on the coverage map that showed really spotty coverage south of Bonham where I shoot and fish. I understand that they are still building towers.

Ah.... roaming charges might be the dealbreaker.  Thanks for letting me know about that.

Actually this is incorrect.

They are owned by Sprint and use all sprint towers. They do not roam nor do they charge roaming fees. Where Sprint covers they have service.
