| I have three kids who have been spending the last few days in one of our friends pools. We have been thinking of putting one in for the last year and will probably move forward in the fall. Just looking for opinions if anyone has put a pool in who they would or would not recommend in the DFW area. Thanks in advance. |

You already have the best type of pool. A friend with one. I would never own a pool again. There are only 4-5 months a year you get to use it unless you are in the polar bear club. You will NEVER get your money back out of it during the sale of your home. Most cases you will limit your buyers. In todays world you better have a really good home owners policy and have some very strict rules on who and when people get to swim.
Just my 2 cents. I could find a better way to spend 40-50k. |

If you are on the Fort Worth side of the Metroplex my brother has a Pool Company and has built several pools for arfcommers.
