Fairly safe; there's a lot of nightlife - clubs, restaurants, theater, etc. - in the downtown area, so lots of people around. Depending where in Midtown you are it could be 2+ miles, so it might not be a great stroll in July or August. You could take the (air conditioned) tunnel system through most of downtown. |
