How big is the TSRA show?  Worth walking around and trying to sell a SP-1 and Norinco SKS ?

Was told 440 tables.  I was also told that TSRA members get $2.00 off the $8.00 admission.

Not that big of a show but OK if you want to sell a 30/30 or O/U.  I've had the least luck there.

AJC/SAW and the other big guys at the show?  I'm looking for a 22/45 with the threaded barrel and rails.

Looking for some of those firearms mats that have an exploded diagram of a particular pistol or rifle.
Something that you could use on your work table.
Anyone see any of these?

I bought one of these http://www.gunmats.com/ (the same brand has been sold at DFW area gun shows). I bought the Remington 870 mat.

While the graphics are pretty, I am entirely underwhelmed by the size and thickness of the mat. It's about half the thickness it should be and a little to short and narrow to be used for gunsmithing. Compared to a Glock or Kahr pistol mat these are simply for looks- not actual use.

It does make an excellent mousepad.

Absolutely the worst show I have been to in the last 10 years.  I will not go back.

You have been selective on shows - this is at the bottom of the list but not worst.  I've gotten some of my best deals at the "bad" shows because attendance was so low and individual "dealers" were desperate to unload their products.  It has a functioning A/C and could be worth the entertainment if you have nothing better to do.  Is it worth making a long drive?  NO.

+1.....For a TSRA show it was pretty crappy.  For me it was a long drive for cheap entertainment.  The $4.00 BBQ was outstanding on Sat.  Don't know about Sun.
