[ARCHIVED THREAD] - M1 Garand

Recieved my M1 from CMP on Sat.

I would like to hook up w/someone in the Waco
area that has one and can give me some pointers. Ive read alot in the armory forum,
but nothing beats someone who knows, teaching/explaining.

jar, sorry I can't join you––I'm a bit too far away, but try this as a start for the mechanicals:

The CMP forum is good too.
Once you get used to it you need to come up to Ft. Worth and shoot in out Garand match.
