Meh. You could pin and weld a fake can or a 5.5"(or however long to get it to 16.1") flashider.

It could be disassembled, and possessed right??

Or do you have to have the stamp and SBR paperwork to possess the barrel?

I guess you could buy it, but you better have an SBR tax stamp or a pistol lower.

I had a similar looking mag adapter, it took Uzi mags.

http://www.brownells.com/1/1/19008-ar-15-m16-9mm-mag-block-adapter-9mm-mag-block-adapter-vm-hy-tech.html for around $165

This brings up a question I've wondered about...
I have a RRA pistol lower. Can I own more than one upper with a short barrel for this pistol?

Yes.  As long as you don't have any extra rifles laying about that are without uppers, you can have as many extra SBR / pistol uppers as you desire and/or can afford.

ATF will call it constructive intent unless you have SBR or pistol lower.  They have fooked over people for less.

Just store the short upper at a friend's house that doesn't have an AR until you either SBR a lower or get a pistol lower.

I like how you can buy the upper for 250 and the block for 150.  OR 450 for both.
