Tiger Valley is building out a finished classroom in our main building and looking for help in installing the drop ceiling.

Don't tie the metal frame work to the ceiling with cotton string. My buddy's land lord did and a couple years later the ceiling fell down as we were listening to Poison, Devo or something similar and partying. 
I've seen alot of suspended ceilings go up in all kind of buildings but never with cotton string. Just the idea should get one of these
