What is the legality of owning a goat in Texas? I want to get one just to irritate my roomates. I found the following "Livestock Laws of Texas", but they seem to only apply to exotic animals, not goats. I live in city limits and have a fenced in backyard. I will also check city laws too. |

Too bad I don't have a place to keep it. Just saw that my city mandates goats be stored 100+ feet from other houses. I live in a residential area. I am kind of sad now. |
