Well after moving to Houston (Harris County) and hearing all the horror stories about how back logged they were on processing CHL request's I figured it would be about 6 month's.
This was a new license application and I figured it would take the full 6 months but 54 days after putting it in the mail it arrived............ Yeah !!!
