635 & MacArthur (Irving/Valley Ranch) I bought the last two 550 packs of Federal .22. They have nothing of interest. Guy said someone came in and bought 6 or 7 boxes of the .22 bulk packs before I got there... |

Academy, off I35W in Burleson.
They had a lot of Monarch steel case .223 and 7.62x39. Monarch 223 55gr SP, WWB 5.56, saw a 1000 case of Privi and 2 or 3 1000rd case of I think Monarch steel case 223. Fair amount of 308 as well. All behind the counter instead of on the shelfs. |

Academy @ Perrin Beitel and 410 Quite a bit of .223/5.56 Mostly Monarch but a few 20rd. boxes of WWB Q3131A1. Also had 2 boxes of UMC yellow box Mega-Packs of .223 Nothing in pistol calibers. Limit of 5 boxes on the WWB. I also got carded at check out! Academy @ 1604 and 281 Not much in .223/5/56. Some WWB Q3131A1. Limit 10 boxes. Was not carded at this store. Nothing in pistol calibers. Both stores had the .223 behind the counter. |

I am not sure if I am allowed to post this or not but I ordered 1000 rds of .223 yesterday from Aimsurplus.
It will be here in 2 weeks, comes in 2 .30 caliber ammo cans. loose pack of 500 in each. Ammo is US made, made in 2008. Centurian brand I believe. Brass Did some research. The reviews are positive. Accuracy and reliability are good. The ammo is loaded to 223 pressure levels which are lower than 5.56mm but for training/practice $358 shipped. |

Not that we want to blow our own horn but we have 223, 308, 7.62x39, 5.45x39, 5.7x28 along with other more obscure rifle rounds in Stock
We also have pistol ammo in stock Pistol ammo is coming in but going out just as fast We do have some 9mm, 45, and 380 as of 1 today |

alright ammo whores,,,walmart in plano on ohio just unloaded 3 cases of .40, a case of .45 and a case of .22 value packs. No 9mm though. I bought 4 boxes of .22 was going to buy more but decided since there was only 1 case i would save some for the rest of you. Try not to horde if at all possible

9mm Blazer Brass for $8.97/50 WWB 9mm 100 pack for $19.97 WWB 40cal 100 pack for $27 and change WWB 38spcl 100 pack (did not check price) 22lr Rem 550 bulk pack for $13 and change Posted sign limit 2 boxes per customer, the sales guy told me it was per caliber when I asked, and let me buy 2 boxes of each caliber I wanted. |

walmart in Lindale, TX. has now imposed a 6 item per person per day rule on ammo purchases. that being said, they had several boxes of 45 auto(remington greenbox), 762x39 brass(rem and winch.) 223 several different ones including about 5 100 round boxes, several boxes of several different "hunting caliber" ammo, more .22lr and 30 06 and 3030 keeblerelf |

Today 5/7/9 Federal 223 50grn 100 pack - $76 and change Est. 3k rounds on display Six box a day limit to cust. I've never seen these 100 packs before, they were blue/gray and double size of the Federal brown 100 pack plus double the price. They also had quite a few CCI 22lr under a glass display, didn't check the price. Anyone still finding any of the Fed brown 100 packs anymore and at what price? GM15 |

As of Tuesday, the Cabela's in Buda has a ton of UMC .223 for $26 per 50. They had a fair bit of other .223 stuff around $30 per 50 (Black Hills, etc.). I also saw a few dry boxes of PMC 223, but I didn't check the prices.
They had some .40 and a pretty good bit of what I consider to be exotic calibers (454 Casull, etc.). I spotted some .308 and some .45 Colt, but there wasn't a whole lot of it on the shelves...they had some 12 GA 00 buck, but it seemed a tad pricey at nearly $6 per 5 rounds. Absolutely nothing there in the way of .45 ACP, .22LR, 9mm, which was what I was looking for in the first place. It's better than I've seen in a while, but places like Academy and the Wally-Worlds in south Austin are pretty dry. I managed to get a couple of boxes of .380 ACP at Academy the other day, which is the first I've seen in ages. I didn't see a single box at the Saxet show last weekend. |
