I know a great deer processor out there that processed some venison for me a few years back.

If you are in Graham you HAVE TO go and eat at THE BIG CHILL in the town sqaure...... Tell the owners Ben and Marlene HOWDY.....GREAT HOME COOKED FOOD and a goo little town..

That may have been where they used to shoot USPSA (big monthly matches plus hosting the Texas State Limited match). It was a nice range. Sorry, I don't have any contact info. There's no longer a match there.

My mom Grew up in Graham and speaks very highly of it. It still has a lot of it's charm from what I can tell.
