Is there a consensus amongst the Texas HTF members as to who could best handle an ARFCOM Hero Rifle build for Marcus Luttrell?

If we collected the money to create a Mk12 clone, who could best handle the assembly, and check out of the rifle. Who could do the FFL transfer and deliver it to him?

Anything using the ar15.com name, logo has to be approved by GB or Edward.
Fund raisers need senior staff approval...neither of which have been done for this.
