yeah, great show Cowgirls, I still lost $50 thanks to them not covering.

However, I'm glad they won.  I lost a quarter on the Texans (they didn't cover either) but I"m glad they won as well.  Tell ya what, the Texas teams sure have some s**t kickers!

(yes, I'm a born and bred texas boy)

defense did a good job, they only gave up 3 points, they gave a game winning effort.  HOWEVER, romo singlehandedly gave the B(oy)IL(ove)L(osing)S(uperbowls) a nice twenty one point advantage coupled with the kickoff teams stellar effort to watch a 103 yard KO return!  thank goodness for whitten, newman and marion the barbarian!  oh and that ROOKIE kicker FOLK!!!!   wow icewater in that guys veins.  nailed a 53 yarder TWICE in an AWAY game, stone cold man.....everyone keep romo in your thoughts today, he is undergoing major surgery at the moment, doctors are attempting to remove his head from his ass as we speak.

It was the best bad game I've ever seen.  Or was it the worst good game.  I'm not sure.

I root for anyone they are playing, I didn't have a problem with them until in the 70s when they decided to call themselves "America's Team", they could have said Texas team but I didn't like their attitude.

So I root for them to LOSE every game they play.

I have heard a LOT of bad reasons to hate the Cowboys... but this is top 5 for sure.  Dont let the facts get in the way:

After each season, personnel at NFL Films put together highlight films of each team's games. After editor Bob Ryan prepared the tape of the Dallas Cowboys following Super Bowl XIII, he had to come up with a title. By 1978, the Cowboys had been on national television far more than any other NFL franchise. Dallas players, from Roger Staubach to Tony Dorsett to Randy White to Too Tall Jones to Harvey Martin, and on and on, were household names regularly featured on billboards and in television, radio, and print advertising. Considering the team's popularity - or notoriety, a term Cowboys haters preferred - Ryan came up with the title of "America's Team." It caught on.
Tom Landry hated the appellation. He thought it would provide extra incentive to opposing teams. Eventually, though, he resigned himself and actually came to like it.
Dallas players, too, had their doubts.
The nickname has stuck with the Cowboys ever since.

Not the end of the world. Even if they go 5-5 the rest of the way they will end up 10-6. Should be good enough for a first round bye and a home playoff game. Maybe. Anything can happen in the next four months.

Its one game i never expected them to win. The pats are a super bowl team we are brand new essentially they did a little better than expected. If we had given up half the 3rd downs we did and almost 100 yards in penalties we might coulda won that game. On to the vikings ...

Talk about a downer.

Was at ESPN Sports zone Las Vegas watching the game. If the food and drink weren't so good it would have been a total let down.
