Same price in the Garland Bass Pro.  Then there is the 10% coupon burning a hole in my pocket.

that is the going rate at any gun store.
not a score at all.  $15.00 would have been a good price.

So where else has them for 20 per box? That is a score.

What good is that stuff? If you're going to go subsonic, get the heaviest bullet out there, the Aguila 60gr.  This stuff is like 36 right?

You cant shoot the Aguila out of a suppressor.

From my Gemtech Outback II manuel

"The Aguilla SSS 60Gr. subsonic ammunition does not always stabilize in barel twist readily available and can yaw badly on exit from the rifling. This will seriously damage the internal components of your suppressor, and use of the ammunition is at the user's risk and will void the warranty"

So I guess you can shoot it, it will just ruin your can.

My bad for calling BS on your post, sorry. I've never had any yawing (or at least it shoots accurately) from my MkIII with Tac Solutions barrel though.

WoW.... Just got back from Bass Pro in Garland. Picked up 2 boxes. The shelf had them labeled at 19.95. I'm thinking I need shoes.

I get my shoes and ammo and go check out, $205.00

I looked at the cashiers screen and each box of 500 is $35.99

I said there is a mistake here, the upc code must be coded wrong, it's $19.99 on the shelf.

Long story short, I got my subs for $19.95

I was there early this afternoon and didn't see any on the shelf(I wasn't looking real hard though).  My wife and I went there for the free Glocks.  I noticed something else as well, a customer would come up to the ammo shelf, then take either all the WWB 9mm or the UMC 55 grn fmj .223 and go towards the register.....then one of the hunting dept guys would go to the back and get 5-10 more boxes of the same ammo and restock the shelf.  When asked, they would tell the customer that what is on the shelf is all they have.

So I guess I should have bought more. I did also buy 200 rds of UMC .223. They had SEVERAL CASES on the shelves the other night. Also approx 20 bricks of the subsonic ammo. You would have thought they would have caught on to the price messup by now.

They probably have dealt with some of the people from here buying it by 10k and when that happens, other customers bitch about them not having the ammo.

You make the assumption that the sales associates care about the mispricing. Besides most people don't pay attention to what the final total is and if they do catch it, they dont argue. I worked at BPS for a year and you would be surpised at the shit I saw

MM38, we missed the glock event, how was that?

Also, yes, the ammo thing pisses me off too. If we don't get 5.7x28 from Schramms, we go to Bass Pro. It pisses me off to no end to have an empty shelf then ask the gun counter to go look in the back for more. I usually wind up asking 2 associates before I get what I want.

Only 24 of the Bass Pro Shops did the free Glock thing.  In Texas, only the DFW stores participated.  Grapevine had the Glock reps and other stuff, Garland just had the entry forms and drop box for the free Glocks...it was on the end of the counter towards the used gun displays.

The Grapevine store had Glock reps on Fri-Sun.  The Grapevine and Garland stores have, until the 29th, forms you can fill out for a drawing.  The prize is a Glock 23.  One entry per person....24 of the stores are participating, 24 pistols to be given away.
