Howdy, Y'all...It seemed right that my "here I am" post should be in the Texas section, here. I only moved back to our beloved homeland about 4 months ago (having been overseas the better part of the last several years--Army, then work), so it's great to find not only the wonderous AR15.com in general, but a Texas-specific forum on it to boot. I sincerely appreciate what everyone here does for the readers, and look forward to getting to know Y'all.

As to where I "be"...heheh I'm in College Station these days. I need to go through more of the posts on here to see what's going on, and when, to get a bit active with you guys. Oh, just in case anyone lives down this way...Have you been into the new Gander Mountain store they opened? I haven't had a chance to go yet, and am wondering whether it's worth it. I've not ever been to one, though I hear they're supposed to have decent firearms stocks.
