WFAA-TV Emergency personnel responded to the Dallas high school. The staff, including office workers, teachers’ aides, parking lot attendants and custodial staff, were taken to Presbyterian Hospital, where they were treated for symptoms including dizziness, nausea, dry mouth and increased heart rate, but no one was seriously ill, a hospital official said. A school district source who did not wish to be identified said the muffins were delivered by someone who claimed they were part of an Eagle Scout project. That person reportedly was caught on video.
