Last week me and my wife moved from Arlington to Grapevine.
We decided to use a moving company this time. She called around and got a good quote from AB Moving. We decided to use them. They sent us a confirmation e-mail and phone call that they would be at the house on Sunday April 30th between 11am- 1pm.
Well on Sunday we waited around until 2:30 and no one had called or shown up.
We called them several times with no answer. We had to get moved that day so we rented a U-haul truck and did the move ourselves.
Monday morning we called, after the second attempt my wife got a hold of someone. The lady on the phone didn't say anything about the messages we had left or the emails we had sent, she just said she showed we cancelled our move. When my wife asked who it was canceled with, when, how, etc. She couldn't offer any answers. My wife asked to speak to a manager or the owner and was told they would have to call her back. Of course no one ever did. She left 3 more messages and sent 3 more emails.
So basically they didn't show up, we had to do a last minute truck rental, and didn't get done moving stuff until midnight. Then I got sick for 4 days because of it. This company sucks and we should tell everyone about it. The worst part is they didn't even apologize or offer any solution. They just ignored us.

Not surprising... apparently they refuse to talk to you, other customers, and the Better Business Bureau of Dallas...

Thanks for the link.
It's not that we lost any money it's the pricipal of the matter and a simple apology would be ok for me.
We could have done in the amount of time we sat around waiting on them.
