I was in Austin last week and caought a glimpse on the TV about a gun shop and the commercial mentioned a gun shop with all kinds of rifles, tactical gear and etc...I was on the phone at the time and missed the name, but I did see a number of the rifles we like to shoot.

Can anyone give me the name if this sounds familar, I will be back in Austin in the next month or so.

Thanks,

I believe it probably was my buddy's shop, The Gun Store, LLC. David, the owner, has been running some TV and radio commercials.

The store is located at 200 Buttercup Creek #144, in Cedar Park. It is just off of 183.

Hope that helps,

Keith

Yeah, I was gonna say, if you saw AR's then it's probably The Gun Store. Not too many Ars in shops in Austin........Heritage has a few and the store down on Manchaca has maybe two at a time.

The Gun Store is definately your best bet for AR style weapons.

Years ago, before I was a dealer, I bought/traded for a WASR10 from David.

Also bought a Springfield 1911 from him.  Good guy.

The Gun Store in Cedar Park (NW Austin) does very well with high-end rifles, pistols, and NFA hardware.

Buddy bought his first pistol there.  Good service.  The store was pretty new then, didn't have a huge inventory, but the guys there were nice.  I'd shop there again!
