Sorry already had them engraved. We can fix that later. ESPN and the national media writing this off as a USC blowout a month ago (arguably in October) can kiss my ass. Where is the USC hype machine now? And Matt Leinart's post game comments made him look like a total crybaby. "I still think we had the better team...." Guess he forgot to check the scoreboard on the way out. He'd better learn to lose with more class before he gets to the NFL or they're going to eat him alive. |

I'd love to get something like that, not for me, but for my buddy. My best friend back home and I grew up UT fans in a little farming town north of Corpus Christi. 90+% aggies, so growin' up was hard, football-wise. I still have the Hanes Beefy-T (or whatever they were called back then) shirts we made after the annual UT-A&M game in 1996. Had the score on the front (51-15) in huge lettering and something like "How Sweet It Is!" on the back. We even put little Nike swooshes on the sleeve. There were "notalota" happy ags at school the next day. I ended up going to Texas Tech (unconditional admission is a godsend for procrastinators), and he didn't go anywhere (stayed home to raise his little girl). He finally enrolled at A&M Corpus a few years ago and was about a year away from graduating when he decided "Fuck it," he was gonna apply as a transfer student. He got accepted, and will be starting there in the Spring (in about 8 days). He's losing a shitload of hours, since he has to get his last 60 hrs there, but I've never heard him happier. [  ]I'm really proud of him for making a lifelong dream come true.[/]
