Hey,
I have been a member for a short time now. Trying to soak up info about the black rifle. I have always wanted one, but didnt have the means, until latley, when my semi-midlife crisis, and a good job (plus a understanding wife), made it possible. I' am expecting a beautiful new SEBR soon. Anyway, I have spent most of my time as a broswer, more than a contributer. This seems like a freindly group, and I have learned a lot from this website. Just wanted to say hey. All that said, I was wondering. other than joining the service, where I could take a course, to learn how to shoot a Ar15 in in the DFW area. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey, thanks for the info on Tiger Valley. Some of courses sound like just what I am looking for. Just waiting for my new toy to get here.

basically keep your cheek tight against the butt stock of the rifle and the tip of your nose just touching the charging handle when you shoot/look through the sight and you will be able to do about 6-8" groups without much effort.  oh yeah and keep your finger out of the receiver/bolt area at all times when the bolt is in the rear-most position.
