Anyone have recs on where to go for my first time hunting hogs (and hunting period)? I was thinking maybe Sam Houston Natnl Forest, or maybe just call one of those guide services, but $150+ seems a little steep to harvest an animal most land owners want to get rid of anyway, and shooting pigs under a feeder isn't exactly what I'm going for. In fact, I'm not even so much interested in hunting as I am in learning to track and stalk up on something without getting spotted. Any suggestions? -j |
