It is not as nice as Backwoods, not sure if they have a FMJ rule or not. "military like semi-auto rifles" are fine at Backwoods, just not FMJ. |

Yes, very black rifle friendly, FMJ fine. Rifle targets are movable on the 100yd range so you can zero exactly at 42 yards or whatever your preference is. Due to the noise problems they have the rifle range so closed in that it is really loud and hot. Pretty much only bench shooting. It's about the best traditional range around IMHO, like Gibsons. The odd hours are a result of the City annexing the land then trying to shut the range down with code restrictions in order to build their bigger airport. A bunch of bogus noise complaints, when the damn highway with 70-mph tractor-trailers is louder than the range. |
