With a little pineapple twist to make it interesting.  It's been working for about 2.5 days now, and I boosted it with a space heater to be certain it would be ready in time for the party.

Looks like it is going to be just about perfect timing.

82nd and I will make sure it is palatable this evening, while we watch the grass grow and wonder what it must be like to have a real job...

Just don't hog it all up.  Save some a lot for VIPs on Sat evening.

I made 4 gallon of wine.  I am prettyt sure there will be enough for us all to enjoy.

Fresh Apple cider, over ice, on a warm spring day... Damn!  It just won't get much better than that!

What kind of bottles do you let it ferment in? I remember when I was a kid my dad tried to make some apple and watermelon wine. The bottles blow up after about 2 days.....and he left them sitting in the kitchen, my step mom wasn't to happy about that one
