| Actually, I don't think it must be posted. I think this is a tricky requirement. The Penal Code does not say it must be posted, but the TABC regulation does (or something like that). I also recall our CHL instructor saying that even if a bar doesn't have a 51% sign posted and they do get 51% of revenue from on premise alcohol, it's still illegal for a CHLer to be there. |

anyone ever been into slick willie's pool hall?? no sign on or near the door. no sign at the bar, no easily seen sign posted but then next to restroom there is a glass case on the wall with it in there. i someone was to be on the other side they would have never seen the sign
