Ok so about a week or two ago, I applied at Starbucks coffie. Starting pay is about $7.50 per/Hr. I asked $8-10 per hr. Anyway almost 2 weeks go by and I dont hear jack from them. So I think, "ok screw that" and fill out other applications. Well today starbucks called and the lady "Cindy" says, "Hi, this is Cindy from starbucks about your application. I am very interested in you. Can you come in monday at 10AM." Replying, I said, "No, I am busy all day Monday. Is Tuesday at say....noon ok?" she then said "That would be perfect! see you then!" It was a very pleasent convo and I think I might get the J.O.B. Rumor has it that employees get 1 pound of ground coffie free per week + free drinks while on duty and 30%off while not on duty. Plus i also hear you can give friends discounts too. Anyway i hope it works out. |
Yeah, but if you work at Starbucks, and your friends don't prevent you from saying "coffee" as "coffie"... they may no longer be your friends... You might be meeting a different "kind" of "friend"

I was going to say the exact same thing! If you are ever there pick up a pound of verona ground for your type of coffe pot setup. It is by far the best damn stuff black... That is all i drink.. I never understood why starbucks doesnt have cups labeled small med & large.. Its tall, grande.... You should call the store & ask about the job status of the position they are hiring for.. Let the know you are ready to work, & are prompt.... Prosise |
