| Generally takes the full 90 days to get it done. For awhile it was between 90-120 days!!!! At one point there was legislature being considered to the effect of as long as you had applied for a renewal you were covered until they got you a new license but I've been looking online and can't find that legislation so maybe it doesn't exist. |
