| SLED agents say they believe the gun Hall used had been stolen back on September 2. Hall had previously been arrested by the Columbia Police Department in late August on a misdemeanor charge of failure to comply, which he was later convicted of. He paid a fine of $1,120. |

Palmetto State Armory had their flags at half mast. They were the only place I noticed that had them that way.
I didn't pay really close attention anywhere else but did notice theirs. Flags at half mast tend to stand out, though. That's a nice tribute on their part. Since very few others seems to notice. |
