Not sure but check with columbia PD for the upstate area and maybe North charleston or Charleston PD. I say those because they are the biggest agencies around. Charleston County Sheriffs office is another good bet. Sheriff Cannon is good people. Send me a PM for more info

Charleston City does at their range between Goose Creek and Moncks Corner. Contact the training division at 843-577-7434 for qual dates.
