Despite all the hype from the anti's, people continue to survive an encounter with an OC'er. They actually benefit from being around one but will never admit it.

Saw a guy on a motorcycle going down I-10 the other day, don't know if he meant to be OC or not. The speed he was going had his shirt flipping up, I could see the holster but no tthe weapon. Said to myself, well good thing MS has OC.
