Hi All!
My buddy will be up at his cabin in NH for the next few days. He just bought a Colt based 9MM upper for his CT registered AR. Due to the CT AWB he can only have 10 rounders at home, but if he can score any normal capacity mags out of state, he can keep them in the NH cabin. So, just wondering if any of our northern brothers have seen any ASC/ C-Products 9mm magazines in any NH/VT LGSs? Thanks! |

Has he tried ordering them online and ship them to the cabin? Two issues with that course of action. First, he doesn't get up there too often, and there is no one around to receiver the shipment. Second, a lot of places wont sell restricted stuff to individuals with CT billing addresses, no matter where they are being shipped. He has been toying with opening up a CC with the NH address for this reason. milecreekmustang Thanks for the reply. I am totally aware of how the CT law works, and that it ends at the boarders of the unconstitutional state. The plan was to try to find some mags in NH or VT, and just leave them in the NH cabin. |

If companies give him a hard time about a conn billing address- order them and pay for them with a money order from Wal Mart. That might work, but there is still no one to receive the shipment in NH. It would take some coordination to arrange to be there when the order arrived. |

What part of NH is the cabin in? I haven't seen any of those mags lately, but maybe someone here would order some for him. I actually forget the town he is in! However, he managed to join a local club/range while he was up there, and is working on some networking. He has made several purchases at a LGS, and one just a cross the boarder in VT, so he may be solving his problem. I told him to buy a couple 80% receivers, finish them at the cabin, and leave them there. He really wants an AR10/SR25 type 308, and that sure seems to be a legal work around. |
