You *might* be okay if you ATV only on your property, but I'm not sure and wouldn't risk it myself. Just spend the $10 and get the LTC. |
| Right, but the statute states 'IN' a vehicle, which makes sense, because you can't see in a vehicle. However, with the pistol openly mounted on the vehicle...its a grey area. I wrote the State Police with the question. I'll get a LTC anyway, but who knows when I'll actually be able to take care of it. I've been trying to buy stamps for a week... |

It's about as easy as buying stamps, and you'll probably have it in less than a week. |
