No problem at all, send them to a FFL. Then they would transfer them to the individual. They need to go through a FFL for the federal background check, that's it. MA doesn't do anything, they do not see it as a firearm until it goes bang. Some MA dealers will do an FA10 on stripped lowers. Four Seasons does and I don't know their reasoning behind it but it doesn't bother me. |
